This unique glass mosaic sunflower is made with recycled stained glass scrap on a recycled vintage teak wood trivet. Perfect gift for anniversary, housewarming, or beautiful decorative table top accent for any kitchen.
I made the sunflower mosaic with a variety of yellow, green and brown stained glass scrap, grouted reddish brown and sealed. The recycled wooden round trivet base is made of a beautiful teak wood that I cleaned and restained. NOTE it has deep scratches on the back (see photos). All materials used in this piece are recycled hence some beautiful signs of wear.
